Refund Policy

All sales are final. All premium and any fees, if applicable, are fully earned. Any errors in information provided to us does not constitute the basis for a refund.

Modifying/Replacing bonds after issuance

It is very important to review all information in your bond application for accuracy. Should Schmalz & Associates need to replace or modify (via rider form) a bond subsequent to issuance, we charge a $100 fee.

Schmalz & Associates will not sell any information to outside parties and will only use information provided for legitimate business purposes. Information submitted through the website is encrypted. Payment processing is handled by a reputable third party and we do not have access to this information nor do we store this information.
